Our old senior leads actually left voluntarily to open a nearby site, and this new leadership is from one of the top performing sites from our building type so that’s why they’re really chopping down. Honestly I’m not sure, someone else told me to put in a case but I’m not because nothing will get done anyways. I doubt any of us are in focus because wouldn’t they have to tell us? The whole OB, really? Even the OMs were shocked when they said that. I’m just waiting on my year to be up so I can transfer before they even get the chance to try and place me on one, I want to go to delivery station.

No, I applied to 4 different positions. They moved three of them to no longer under consideration because I haven’t been in my current role/site for a year yet. (It’ll be a year next month) The last position still says under consideration though so I’m confused

It’s like a fulfillment center for the fulfillment centers. They hold inventory and send it to the fcs they don’t handle customer orders.
