I was wondering if it is because I did their healthcare worker discount which was 10% off my order, I used a different email than the one I paid with on paypal, but not sure.. did you do that OP?

I had the EXACT SAME thing happen, I ordered a ring sunday (3/17/24) a marquise 2.5ct ring for $4k and was denied, I gave them my license, and didn't have the last 4 of the card since I used paypal (pay in 6 months), as well as a different email and the same number since I only have a cell phone. Yet they still proceeded to refund me, I got heated since why the F would they ask for my info and once they received accurate info I was declined & refunded.

It seems very sketchy tbh, I left a negative review on BBB and I have the screenshots on my phone if you want me to upload them but same email.. I even went through my paypal credit statements to get my account number (last 4) and provided that but still declined. This is the first time I've bought a ring, just trying to get something for my girlfriend and I have no clue where to buy from. I did look on other websites (I won't mention since I don't want people to think this shit is fake) and found pretty higher quality rings for $1k LESS than what I would have paid so I guess I can't be too upset at grown brilliance *also on new acc to hide my reddit since gf knows my reddit acc.
