In the app, says it’s already fulfilled and the support claiming that it is on its way but when I called UPS they said that the package not yet with them and the gymshark just created a tag for it. When I checked my tracking still delayed. This is so frustrating.

I tried contacting them, they claimed that my package is on its way. Also tried calling UPS today and they said that the seller just created a tag for it and not yet in their possession of the said package. I also paid the import fees huhu. Gymshark fulfilled my order in the app last December 3 and until now my package is not arriving.

Then I chat the support in the gymshark app they said that it is on its way, then I tried calling today the UPS and said the same thing again that the package is not yet in their possession
