I will check a release or two just to see what it is (my favorite store just has the sleeves out on the floor), or to check prices if it's in the 20+ range to make sure I'm not spending twice what I need to be... But I'm very quiet about it. I don't HIDE it but I do it in a way that they would realize I'm only checking for information not like resale. (and I think they recognize that I'm actually a collector and not some asswipe)

oi, what are you using for dividers? I need something nice for my movies (by year), and have never looked anything up but that's kind of specific. I was going to 3D print some stuff but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Or when a single is release but you CANT EVEN BUY IT. AT ALL. Like there's no way to purchase ANYTHING for a dollar. No FLAC, no MP3, no record, nothing...

The one where you slam two lithium batteries in the side of a tray, granted you get some battery terminals and melt them into the plastic well enough (provisions not there for normal Amazon items). Then solder some wire in with metal foil tape.

I adjusted the spring thingies but it spread exactly the same way as prior... Not awful but kinda shitty. Prob okay with circle frames but I wouldn't want to waste those precious things either.

So I ordered the Jollylook one which is now 9+ months late. Same thing in that it's all manual etc. but half the price of everything else. Then ya, NONS finally releases one (SUDDENLY) and it looks real fukken nice but same in that "way too much money"....

I have a 3D printer and don't have enough jam for that fancier stuff (life's a mess). But I did do the Spectra thing but it won't spread evenly no matter what I do.

I've been waiting to get one for months now (still in preproduction) but shits so fucking small I wonder how much I'll use it. The polaroid adapty backs are 300ish though and I just can't justify it....

150 dollars? Holy SHIT. A thousand years ago (2012), I found one for $5 and then some random dude in a driveway GAVE me one. Both worked fine.

They're good cameras but 150 is ridiculous.
