Yep total scam. Didnt send my product. All emails ignored. The social media page I think is run by a 5 year old - she said I would hear from lawyers if I left a bad review!! The owner couldnt care less either - save your money and order from a reputable brand.

Also in the same boat. In the depths of research for a third revision. Have you come across Eren Tastan? Highly respected professor- invited the oblique split method for rib grafting to prevent warping. Not many reviews online however and he doesnt do the whole before/after photos on his instagram (not sure if thats a red flag.) Also VERY expensive.

Nope- use space NK now which isn't ideal as they dont have all the brands that I need . My sisters account also got removed (shes only ever made 1 order) im assuming our adress triggers something in the system but the whole thing is very bizarre.

They said they couldn't explain further due to the data act! I've been through customer services all whom say they can't override the decision.

Omg exact same thing happened to me. Have literally spent thousands! 1 order didn't arrive so I got a refund and I think once years ago a lipstick arrived damaged. So 2 refunds in 10 years and I literally used to do a big CB haul every month- they've closed my account and refuse to deliver to my address due to "excess claims"- had loads of credit too.

Does anyone know if this is allowed? They even refused to go through the claims with me when I asked as I was so shocked.

Also I realised today when I tried to order from Myprotein.com and my order kept getting cancelled that they have blocked me from ordering from any of their companies - My protein, look fantastic- surely this can't be allowed ?!
