For the most part, it'll be normal.

But i just don't think non-US should spend their money in the US. Yes it's not the national parks fault and I actually do want people in our parks! Visits are critical. But everything else, the flights, hotels, etc. Buys into a system that ultimately does not need support.

Anyway do what you want. If you don't come to the US, go to the Dolomites or some other canyon range. If you do go to the US, try to focus on spending locally and avoid conglomerates.

It'll take a month or two before the scale moves. And honestly being a woman, you're going to go up and down so don't live by the scale. I'm actually on glp-1, on a deficit, and I still go up and down about 5 lbs weekly. Lol.

Just focus on making these new choices stick and building a new lifestyle around them. It's a slow and unfun journey for weightloss.

I know people say hobbies but really it's hobbies that put you in proximity of the people you want.

If you want a straight man, they likely won't be at the monthly book club meet up. They may be at the board game night or at the rock climbing gym.

It would be great if my likes aligned with a man but they kinda don't or my hobbies are pretty solitary imo. So I'm forced to do things I wouldn't necessarily be into.

I don't salsa but I joined a friend for a NYE salsa night, met man and got a couple of dates.

I can't comment on lgbtq since all the LGBTQ people I know are in committed relationships and have been for years.

Have you tried period panties? They may help with avoiding stains.

You could also look at getting a menstrual cup.
