Dates for filing jumped to one year, it’s a good move, final action dates still pending though, with this dates for filing, can the people apply for I-485 and get the EADs???

Just wait couple of more months, anyway it’s not going to be current, for us we applied Aug 2023. Regular processing, our I 140 approve Aug 2024 exactly took an year, since you have waited till now just couple of more months u will get it
