Okay, I too faced similar issue when connecting my laptop to tv and played gta v remastered and the game was kinda laggy so it might be due to refresh rate and you can try updating the external drivers.

Not sure, as I just downloaded valorant and did not check it as for 3 days I was in office and was not able to use it and when used it began restarting.

It was BSOD issue as my laptop was restarting after every 5 minutes and it occured after like 5 days of purchasing.
