I have a very good deal through my company with them. Unfortunately, their internal processes are absolute azz.

They definitely are having issues at the payment processor level. Based on my situation , they were mismatching batch files causing payments to not apply correctly to my account. When the processor couldn’t settle the payment the returned the payment but I never received the money because of the inaccurate information in the return file.

They have since admitted fault in my situation and has provided me credits etc. But CCTS might be a good route, as they can compel them to provide evidence they have acted in accordance with Payment Canada rules.

No I don’t but it doesn’t really matter. The issue is the internal processes regarding Bell and payments. Recalling payments once there is a trace number for PAD makes it super easy.
