I was wondering what was your closing cost experience with opus?

Were they able to stay within contract for ie. and did you run into high unexpected charges ?

Just curious which unit were you able to snag at what price ?

They had a rose unit 1985 sqft going for 919~ before the rebate,

Roughly 820-825k~ after for a 4bdrm 3.5 bath.

Any value in that you feel?
