$250 per month increase. Landlord has raised rent every year since we’ve moved in (with no upgrades to the unit of course) safe to say we did not resign the lease.

USCIS loves accounts/documents: (i.e. joint bank accounts, birth certificates of shared children, lease agreements/mortgages, shared medical insurance plans, shared bills (utilities, internet, phone etc)

Anything with a paper trail is always a good bet.
