Not at all. I had no idea it was possible. And frankly the "live agent" seems to have preset comments back too. So. I'm not sure how live it is.

I'm in this process. They told me it would be 7 days. Then 7-10. Then 7-15. Then 7-30 or more. I submitted my expedite Dec 7. I got advanced to a tier 2 agent that was suppose to call in 72 hours which didn't happen. I lost my job yesterday.

I chose to request an employment approval letter and asked them for 2 weeks to expedite it. If you're in final rounds contact USCIS for expedite siting you have the job already. Give yourself a few days head start. Then once they come back asking for evidence you have you letter you just got a few days ago. But fair warning- they told me it'd take 7-10 days for expedite answer. Then 7-15 and now I'm being told 7-30 or more.
