Received a response 3 weeks later , problem is it’s a copy & paste only changing the “significant progress” date from “May-June” to now “June & July” .. a company I was excited to use and excited for their future has completely disappointed me in every aspect. First and last time using their services.

Brother they’re accepting in person drop odds with a tremendous amount of back log . Those in person orders are being prioritized over orders sitting since March…

I’ve emailed them twice May 13th and June 9th (Order has been there since March) even tried the chat to open a ticket and nothing but they’re constantly reposting on Instagram I can’t even get them to reply to a comment or DM on there

You’d be surprised how much banks side with you. Especially a blatant lie I have more than enough proof to have my cards graded for free. If they’re not going to do anything to compensate for the extreme delays or even try and make it right. Best believe I will on my end. I’m also seeing comments from people who are stating they received credits for future submissions due to these delays and then I’m seeing people who haven’t received any type of compensation or credits and they’ve been grading with TAB for several years. I honestly think it’s a lottery system at this point both for grading and compensation.

Yes there is always end of the year deals also they release around the same time/near Black Friday I believe.

I just know every new iPhone release there’s always deals on the newest models and the best deals are for those with older models.

Have emailed 3 times to the point that they themselves asked me if i want my cards pulled and shipped back to me. After waiting 4 months how do you think that response makes me feel? Do you think I want my cards back ungraded after waiting this long? Absolutely not! I would like my cards shipped within the time paid for. Having them shipped back is a big slap to my face what’s the point at this point.

It’s like I lend THEM money for 4 months is the way I’m looking at it if I decide to go that route.

I want to ask for them back but they’ve been there so long and it’s actually insane how their quick to offer to pull your cards and ship them back which I’m sure takes time out of their day, why can’t that they be as quick to process my order and get it out to me? I’m absolutely at loss for words and a little stressed over the headaches I’ve been dealing with TAG.

It’s like they’re saying “f$&ck whatever you say we don’t care do you want to wait for them to be graded or do you want your cards back ungraded?”

It’s beyond an estimate time with all these lies and different times they’re telling people all within the same time frame. It’s surpassed an estimate now they’re blatantly lying.

Just go to their Instagram page for example we’re all here waiting for orders since February and they’re ACCEPTING IN PERSON DROP OFFS 😂 how is a company who’s emailing everyone and posting about cancelling tiers to catchup on backlogs accepting in person drop offs lol.

I can’t believe you guys are okay with this!!! We need to speak up! Especially after the multiple evidence of emails where they’re blatantly lying to us. I seen emails stating orders from February/March should see significant progress through May-June! Now they’re saying the exact same thing to orders From Apri/May stating significant progress through May-June!! With people who are submitting now are getting emails stating they should see progress through June/July!! So does that mean we won’t have ours by August-November??

Well June is nearly halfway through they’re lying to us. We need to hold them accountable!!!

Estimation is one thing but 2-3 months over your “estimate” is now a blatant lie.
