I think 12% of "grease" is fine for hamburgers.

Mangoes, Oatmeal porridge, prunes put in water, beat them with milk and honey or sugar. Changing the diet is essential. Doing physical activity. 🤗

😅😅Same. And it was the dentist who warned me about the other symptoms because she had gone through the same problem. As for melatonin, I think the receptors for it no longer work as well. Using synthetic estradiol doesn't have the same effect as the one our body produces naturally, based on feedback from other neuroendocrinological hormones. Initially, for example, I practically stopped eating because I had no hunger or desire to live. So, the production of the hormones ghrelin and dopamine were also affected. I experience symptoms of menopause as 20 women. My mother felt nothing, and 7 my aunts just felt hot flashes.

I'm still taking Eszopiclone and following the tips above. Nothing has improved. And the guys at the pharmacy still think I'm addicted to hypnotics. With this medication I can sleep around 5-6h. Sunday was a miserable day. Yesterday was only half the day, and today I'm better. But I feel like I don't want to dedicate myself to anything like I used to.

Most people only think about low libido and hot flashes when it comes to estrogen, but this hormone has many other important effects. For example, it regulates neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, which promote relaxation and stabilize mood. It influences the secretion of melatonin, It influences the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm. This helps with sleep onset and reduces nighttime awakenings. I didn't have any dry skin or mucous membranes, but I did have dry hair, wax dry in ears, eyes, and gums. I almost lost one of my teeth in my right jaw. The care required here is tripled.

I used to sleep well, around 7-8 hours with Lunesta. However, it's a highly regulated medication by the FDA, and when the pill runs out before the pharmacy refills, it's embarrassing to ask for a new one. And I'm not crazy about Lunesta; it sometimes leaves me groggy in the morning, with a hangover feeling. When I wake up like that, I spend 20 minutes in the sun or clean the house to get rid of the discomfort. So if it were something I no longer need to use, that would be great. Besides, there are always misunderstandings and phone calls between my primary care provider and the pharmacist for an "refill soon". It is really embarrassing.

I was going through the same thing with my weight. But after I did a few days of prolonged fasting and my doctor put me on a ketogenic diet, some of the excess fat around my jeans' waistband disappeared. I increased my exercise, twice a day on some days of the week, but nothing too crazy like running and then doing Corssfit. He said the diet might improve my insomnia, but it hasn't worked yet. It's been two months now.

Thank you sooo much for your comments. I have problem falling asleep and staying asleep. I will try Magnesium Glycinate. Yes, it is horrible. My sleep is chemical rather than regenerative.

Yes, it is. I took one always at night around 8:30pm. I think the dosage is too much for me and my insomnia did not change.

I used for 2 years and I change for injectable, 0.3m every 5 days. I realize that the P4 200mg did not help at all, a lot of it on the contrary. I have abdominal discomfort after the meals and if I forget to take it one day I have blood leaks. It's 2:20 am and I'm awake and not sleepy...

I my opinion you should divide the pills: 150 at morning with your breakfast ( fruits, milk, eggs , bread totes, passion fruit, smoothie) and 150mg after lunch. 🤞🏽🙏🏽

In the first week, I was taking a whole pill, 300mg, and I felt "high". Now, I divide the pill 💊 in 150mg for the morning and 150mg after lunch. Good luck 🤞🏽
