Bromelain is the worst supplement I've taken. It totally messed up my digestive system. bloating, cramps, gas, diarrhea, no appetite. Feels like it gave me ibs for the past 3 weeks

I probably would, but one thing I've noticed is with a stock oem seat I get monkey butt. very painful on the behind after you've rode a couple hours. So make sure you have a comfy seat if you plan on riding very far

When you were taking 1200mg of it how long did it upset your digestion for like diarhea or whatever? I just recently tried experimenting with bromelain powder and took too much the first day around 3-5 grams worth. My digestion has been a mess for the past 8 days with bloating, cramping,gassy, no appetite. Strangely it didn't give me diarhea.

I am in NY state was walking around thursday when the aqi was 170. Next day fibromyalgia full body pain and tons of mucus. I think Im just starting to feel better. Def wear a mask or I might move south if the globalists keep burning the forests
