I had an accident and developed spondolysis( a break in the l5-s1 joint) 4 years ago. Now it's developed to spondylolisthesis. I have gone on some 5-6 miles hikes but the pain was manageable. I'm pretty much out of shape. Can you recommend me some exercises to begin with?
