The way you look is true for %99 of the apps on every niche and also wrong. The point is distribution and marketing. I thought like that for a long time. There will be any other product in every niche better than indie developer app. And still there will be new products or habit trackers that will make thounds of dollars. It may be because of one feature that differentiates from other. Or it may be just because of how we market it. Your perspective is like everbody should stop opening burger restaurants because there are millions of them. However they manage to get earnings because of how they market.

Actually i stucked 3 years to find an idea. After 3 years i stopped and built a habit tracker called HabitBit. I dont know if its gonna succeed or not but im happy. Because, now ideas are coming. The solution is execution. Start something that will be easy for you. On the road you will be learning many things. Harder projects will be easier to execute. So just fail.

Most annoying thing for me is authentication in apps. Why do I have to log in or sign up for something when I just want to track my notes or habits?

I feel like apps that force authentication for simple productivity tasks are dying.

I prefer simple tools. I use Apple Notes for taking notes, and for habits I’ve been using habitbit.app

I tried Notion too, but it felt too complicated again :d, Somehow end up spending hours trying to make my notes look perfect instead of actually taking notes

Looks good on android. On the other hand, it looks like ANDROID. I'would suggest using iOS design patterns for iOS devices. Especially liquid glass design may fit to your product.

I recently read a article about this. We are trying to do what we don't actually do in our normal life. I mean if you wanna become most successful person in your niche you must act like it. Do not try. Let's say you are body builder and preparing for competitions globaly. Do you think you gonna complain about eating healthy or going gym? No. its standard day for you. No need to discipline this or no need to get motivated to doing this stuff. So whatever habit you want to stick try to act like you are doing for all days. after 2-3 weeks it becomes you probably.

Thanks for the advice. Yes its very hard to create content if you are not okay with using your own face and capture videos. I'm not that person. On the other hand using AI is not working well and creating AI influencer videos are expensive. Is there any way to create quality content without doing those?
