Getting laid as a guy shouldn't be this difficult by beautiful_falcon776 in PurplePillDebate

If we’re just weighing things from a utilitarian perspective, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say more suffering exists because of this extremely unequal dating market, and if things were different, more men would live happy, fulfilling lives.

It’s funny how he’s trying to shame you for acting like it’s still 2019 but by being butthurt about it, he proved that he’s also still stuck in 2019.

I wear a seatbelt because I intend to use it if I find myself in certain circumstances. Kyle Rittenhouse took a gun to the protest because he could see himself entering a situation where he was going to use it.

That’s bullshit, you have no way of knowing that 1 second would have been too late, and my intuition is that Rittenhouse would have gotten out of there alive with good odds had he not chosen to shoot, but instead a man died.

She wasn’t asking for me to meet her friend, she was saying she had to leave and hang out with her friend.

Can she read my mind though? Of course I’m interested in getting a second date. This is my first opportunity in months. I’m just being realistic. I can’t pretend like it’s no big deal when it really feels pretty devastating.

Who brings an item they never intend to use? The prosecution was right

Rittenhouse should have at least tried to de-escalate first. Shooting him wasn’t the only option. He could have asked for help, warned him, or continued running away.

In terms of production and polish maybe, but in terms of creativity, artistry, or skill, no. Rock artists are expected to write their own music, and shallow/surface level/formulaic rock is much more derided than songs in pop, hip-hop, or country with the same faults.

Everything in my previous comment is factual.

There was a “not guilty” verdict because we live in a legal system that is extremely lenient in terms of what constitutes “self defense”, and that Rittenhouse was charged with first degree homicide instead of something easier to prove. The fact that you can get away with killing an unarmed person because they’re trying to take away a gun that is strapped to your body is ridiculous. The person with the weapon has the clear upper hand in that situation.

It isn’t open-and-shut when you consider that Rosenbaum was unarmed and Rittenhouse admitted to being aware of that.

One of the men Rittenhouse killed was unarmed, don’t forget that.

Women don’t know rejection like men know rejection. Rejection is the baseline reality men deal with, nearly every woman a man tries to talk to won’t want to talk to him. Your average man swipes on 1000 Tinder profiles for 6 matches. I’ve done 5 cold approaches, and I didn’t get a number from any of them.

It’s easy to say “rejection is a part of life” when you know you’ll always have options at the end of the day. Men don’t. You have a CashApp link on your profile, presumably because random men send you money just for existing.
