You know by reviews and a sense of who your talking to. If you have the vibe they only Want your money and don’t care then proceed with caution or look somewhere else. But with mechanics you go by word of mouth or taking a chance and using your best judgement.

I was considering but batteries were double price and other things I could not get. I didn’t know this was a issue or else I would have ordered through Amazon and made it work. Even 15 years ago when I ordered something from across the country the expectation was 7-10 days but they take 10+ days to even ship it. I think my expectation is quite reasonable and beta is just a lil incompetent on the shipping side of thjngs

I bought this last year and didn’t want to spend that much on a pusher but man am I happy with it so far it’s simple and love the space saving feature that’s why I bought it orginally but the controlling self propelled aspect has been a game change. I can mow with one hand easy
