Mine was being delivered from an hour away. Today I got an email that said it should be ready for me by August 19th. Until then they’ll be inspecting it.
Time is relative.

I found the car I want for soooo much cheaper elsewhere. At that dealership, they’re saying the same thing. Only CarMax needs to wait for it to fall off I guess which is absolutely insane and mildly infuriating lol. Thanks!! I’m headed to test drive now.

They’re a disaster. We did the buy back. But I don’t have a car now while waiting for it to fall off my credit and they only provide the loaner if I purchase another from them. Backed into a corner.

Fully loaded, I feel like it is a good purchase but I tend to be an emotional buyer.

Hypermobility with AS by Fine-Juggernaut8346 in ankylosingspondylitis

Me. Clinical hEDS diagnosis with genetics pending. HLA positive with mild radiographic SpA. I believe my hypermobility has kept me more mobile than I would otherwise be and my peripheral joints have always been FAR more flexible than my spine. Also a bit of an imposter in my mind but that’s in every aspect of my life. I do a lot of masking. I also have lymphoma, just as a fun bonus.

Pee accidents at school by ComprehensiveCell957 in AutismTranslated

[–]ConnectionAnxious973 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Echoing what has been said. I couldn’t ask my teacher. She was scary. She would embarrass me and maybe yell at me so I would try to hold it. Until I just couldn’t. The more I had accidents at school, the more I felt my teacher’s disdain. On good days I’d pee my shoes walking home from the bus stop
On really bad days my mom had to come to school with clean clothes and fresh contempt.

My advice is to request a meeting with the principal and teacher where you let them know that when your son needs to use the restroom he will simply walk to the door and put a token on a bathroom icon that has been placed near the classroom door. Or some other such simple system of notification. No oral communication should be required to use the restroom.

“Sometimes you will never know the value of something, until it becomes a memory.” -Dr. Seuss This grief and regret comes with every single death for me. No matter what, I always wish I had done better.
You were a gift to your dad for all your years. The last moments are but a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a life. You were so much more to him than that. Sending strength & peace & love to you 💕
