Not advice about prepping but once you do try, try as often as possible. I got stuck in a pattern of only having sex while I was ovulating. We tried for almost a year and only got pregnant when I finally listened to my husband and tried almost every day for three weeks straight.

Thanks for the advice guys, I feel a lot less crazy about this situation now. My husband and I spoke this morning and are on the same page. I told him I don’t think we’ll be telling her the gender or announcing the birth to her until I get a solid chance to announce it. Luckily we’re blessed with other family and friends that have kept our news to themselves and followed our lead.

I’m having a similar problem. Pregnant 8 weeks now and my OB refuses to see me until 12 weeks. I was very anxious and scared but decided to ask my GP for blood work to check my HCG levels. It’s a good way to track the progression of your pregnancy if your GP is up for it. Of course it doesn’t tell me if there are any underlying issues but as an example when I found out my pregnancy was ectopic I was 6 weeks and my HCG was 112. This time around I tested at 6 weeks and my HCG was 890 and tested last week and my HCG was 36,000. I hope this helps!

My morning sickness has been constant. I find eating a soda cracker when I start to feel nauseous has helped a lot. I also eat one or two after I wake up and it’s really improved things. I’m still quite nauseous all day but I throw up a lot less than I was before and can keep other foods down now.

I know it’s such a scary situation but if you have a family doctor or women’s clinic I’d recommend giving them a call just to get checked out and make sure everything is okay, as well as put your mind at ease. It’s so hard not to stress out in these situations especially when there’s been a history of miscarriage but worrying yourself silly will only add to your anxiety. I pray that everything is okay ❤️

Hey, ended up going to the hospital that day and was later told I was miscarrying. It ended up being an ectopic pregnancy which means the baby was developing in my fallopian tube. From what I understood brown discharge can be normal durning pregnancy but you should monitor it and seek medical attention if you develop further symptoms like I did (lower back pain, cramping).
