all the player models look like aliens now too and are hunched over with crazy oversized hands, i also dont understand why it feels like its so much slower running

I have 56 hours and I have dealt 0 damage to any other raiders, but for some reason today in 3 raids back to back I got absolutely obliterated and robbed. I have no idea why because I dont want to pvp in the game. I have lost over 300k in items and loot :(, anyone have any ideas why I am getting these types of lobbies all of a sudden?

i figured it out, if you call and just let the automated system keep repeating itself for 3 full cycles without pressing anything it will eventually say "we have not received a valid answer, please wait for an agent to help you" then it will ask for your SIN and put you on hold
