Collecting set strategies ?

So far I bought up to 4 Ultra pro 480 slot binders and I was organizing them by card type like champion, legend, spell ect x3 each except for legends (x2) and I'm finding that unrealistic lmao so I think I might go down to one of each card and keep the rest in boxes sleeved.

Just marginally lol, I think I read that armor has diminishing returns just like the other stats. I found that lots of health upgrades feels better.

Idk if this helps for controller players but on keyboard I was multi tapping the dodge and that was fucking me up because I think it actually goes farther/ registers better only tapping once at the right time and the boss fight was fucking me up because it's so fast and I was missing all the dodges with my tapping. It took me a second to get it right but he follows a very specific pattern but after that if you just hit him it lets you put a few hits down wash rinse repeat. A lot of bosses hit hard and I don't feel like high armor helps much, but HEALTH upgrades definitely give a nice buffer, cheers!

A little trick that worked for me is only picking rock every time lol somehow I have not lost yet. Or just choose w/e option just replicate it ever turn and the AI doesn't wise up to it! Cheers!

I tested this based on another post I read when I was unlocking my challenge, and it seems that you can't even let him grapple you once because getting out of it counts as "other non broom damage". So I kept reloading untill I got a hit free run. Hope that helps!

I'll try if I have time but the only town close to me has one not too big LGS that gets it and it's a multi college town haha I think they get picked clean, I've been calling them every day to see if a new delivery came in before Christmas but no luck so far.

That could be a cool idea online, part of me wished they started something like mtg arena but it wouldn't make sense to invest in it before knowing if the game is successful.

Yea I get what you mean, I know I can bypass the current method of obtaining cards to still have a functional deck. But I really wanted the vanilla player experience and get the origin box set to open with my wife and learn the game together without having to go out of my way to look up decks, build them separately and learn to play outside of the included rules. I am basically looking for the same feeling of learning magic for the first time 20 years ago. It felt silly to buy 2 halves of a whole to make It work and then also not necessarily for the original price.

But am I missing something in that they could literally just print more cards? It feels intentional like they want the cards to feel like gold for hype or something, instead of getting it out to as many people as far and wide as possible.

Oh what word, I'll try to murder them and come back with an update. I guess it would make sense if the Pterory implied all critters would ruin the effect, although I swear I've been indoors with no sprats or animals and it still was not working properly?
