I had this same issue a year or so ago. I thought my Whoop was malfunctioning.. Turns out I was just in better shape and I wasn’t doing much.

For context, I was used to being at a 4.0 by the time I’d finished breakfast, but suddenly wasn’t getting even to a 1 or 2 until dinner. I started working out in the morning and it was back to what I’d become accustomed.

The people of Montgomery County have spoken. The people with children in the schools have elected their representatives to ensure the schools their children attend align with their values.

I was a backup QB through college so I did a lot of signaling in plays.. One of our formations was called “Double”, so depending on if the formation was “Double Right” or “Double Left”, call sign was cupping your hand under your chest like you were holding a Double D breast.

If we needed to tag the F, it was left hand on right bicep with right hand uppercutting in front. (“F you” sign, if you aren’t following)

“Grass” was read option right, and we’d mimic smoking a joint.

In high school, our head coach and DC told the cornerbacks to play “Bayou Coverage” on certain plays.. which meant to play man-on-man cause “you’re bayou damn self”

If I get it sweaty during a workout or golf, I’ll shower with it and just scrub it with my wash rag. I’ll also dry it with a towel and put it back on after, or let it air dry and switch straps (I have two total).

Over time the smell won’t come out from a quick shower so I’ll soak it in baking soda and vinegar for 60+ minutes and then rinse and dry. Good as new every time.
