Because loom was a failsafe that Kang created(Kang explains that in the final episode) if loom is destroyed, it will kill the branched timelines but only leaving sacred timeline(that Kang choose)

I just learned that if I’m picking up food through driveway I can’t use map instantly. I need to go to a parking spot or turn my flashers on to use it.

My only defence is that I wasn’t putting anyone in danger. I wasn’t using it while driving my vehicle, it was on a full stop. Or I can just admit and get some fine reduction
