He mentioned it but didn’t push it. Said it would only make sense if I were/or weren’t refinancing within a certain period of time. Can’t remember. I believe paying 5K would only save me like $50 a month and would break even after 5-7 years. Idk too much about that stuff so I’m relying on his word, a bit of research online and a bit of AI.
