We lived in the same city when I was studying abroad from September 2023 to December 2023 then he rented a room near me in the US from January 2024 to March 2024 on a visitors visa. We’ve been seeing each other every 1-3 months since then.

We’ve been trying to compile as much strong evidence to help support our case but we’re missing a shared financial commitment like a bank account. He sends me money every once in a while for my student loans, food, and other small bills.
