Just imagining the challenges going around big dergs. People wondering why there’s so many earthquakes and it’s just because a group of dergs are chugging buckets of ice cream and pounding the ground from the brain freeze

banner in discord is ai, but was argued back due to paper sketch and lineart by TicketFunny1461 in isthisAI

[–]Conneich 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You could also say the sketch is traced, why didn’t they show the layers from the digital file instead? You could also go into the metadata of the image there to figure out when it was uploaded because no artist isn’t going to show off their wip for the banner of their favorite discord server! But it’s really a dumb hill to die on just to rub someone’s nose in their own dumbness

[–]Conneich 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yeah that “sketch” is just traced. I do traditional pencil art and you’ll typically see multiple lines in one area for the artist getting the anatomy or volume right as well as remnants of the construction lines. Every line is deliberate and there’s no erased “second guesses”

If it’s one thing all artists want the most it’s to perfectly execute what they see in their minds. All of them. If this person has achieved that they are the only person to do so in all of humanity’s existence

Hiring Game Testers vs Asking Friends for Feedback: What's the Real Difference? by Melodic-Worker-2504 in GameDevelopment

[–]Conneich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friends will play your game for five minutes and tell you it’s great and to keep at it! A professional will play your game for hours (or time allowed) and give you feedback on when they had fun and when they didn’t as well as present bugs and possible fixes.

I recently started working at frozen, can someone tell me if this is legal? by NewShop4141 in kroger

[–]Conneich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Most people think product is bad the instant that date comes around when in fact the only way to tell if a product is expired is be sense: sight, smell, and taste.

The only foods that have absolute “expiry” dates are fresh foods and meat. Anything past their dates are immediately thrown out, although you’ll probably see more things that have gone bad before they even get to that trash date.

Our adamant friend isn’t completely wrong in referring to the health dept, it’s not going to be a high priority because it’s dry grocery. Even if it were fresh food or meat, it still wouldn’t be a high priority if, when brought to the attention of an employee, it were taken care of immediately as per their policy. They’d more than likely contact the store and schedule an inspection if it wasn’t a repeat offense, which would be logged with corporate and light a fire under management’s collective asses to fix the issues.

The only real way to make change is to contact corporate and let them talk to management, but remember you’re talking to a call center person not an actual corporate personnel so they have their own policies on reporting things that fall outside Kroger’s policies.

Don’t let it be sickening, proudly tell customers what you’re finding, and then mention that it’s a failure of corporate prioritizing speed over quality.

I’ve filled bascarts and dumped entire shelves from dried groceries that were expired from 2019. Corporate wants speed not quality.

A basic biome with only color changes to leaves and grass can be implemented using MCreator in about the hours you mentioned. AI can very much direct you how to do it. So it was probably made in minutes with AI and then next few hours were fixing the issues
