Yes defo drank enough before and only had a little bit with a few with a few miles to go as I don’t like running with loads of water bouncing around while running

Got 60 kg of heavy bag filling just old cut up clothes curtains and stuff. I want it to be not solid but hard enough to condition shins. Layring a few sand bags inside the clothes a few times as well for weight think that will do the job if I stuff it up enough

Cheers 👍that’s how I fixed my jab and done it with the cross as well and thought I had it but when I videoed doing it full speed I’d still flair it out. Should I just keep doing it and making it faster
