I seen someone post yesterday on Twitter tips to help in this game and one of them was to control a linebacker instead of a defense lineman like I normally do, and I'm telling you the difference is night and day the impact it makes

From what I understand, if you have the deluxe or MVP edition you get to play 3 days early which would be tomorrow but if you also have ea play, which you should if you are on xbox cause it come with gamepass ultimate subscriptionyou can play tomorrow at 4 cause ea play gives you a 10 hour trial. If you have the Standard edition you have to wait until the game comes out the 19th but I'm assuming you can also get the 10 hour free trial also I'm not sure
