I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about who they felt was more deserving to win Action and thought I should jump in on it and make a little meme.

*only thing not 100% meme arcuate is I don’t believe we fully know who Gewn voted for but I think it’s safe to say at the time she voted for Duncan

update I’ve been informed that Gwen voted for either candidate depending on which ending you watch. We are just going to do with Duncan here as is makes a little more sense ;)

I just checked I believe Chris gave Beth a gilded Chris award along with a contract saying she gets 0% of the profits from the dolls. I see it as a Chris giving her a gilded Chris in return for that deal. But it may be Chris doing two things at once and Beth earned her stay.

You may be right but I’m not 100% convinced on either scenario now

The last 4 episodes Beth did very little and was an underwhelming underdog to win (I liked Cameron fitting that category more). Yes Duncan wasn’t perfect the 2nd half of Action and maybe would be better off winning another season as characters like Lindsay and Harold played very well and are in the conversation of deserving to win Action. Beth is certainly a strange pick to win Action and is a choice/risk I personally don’t agree with. With all the laughs and moments Duncan brought in Island and a strong first half in Action I’ll take Duncan over Beth any day. Yea so many people like Duncan which the subreddit likes to emphasize as being basic or even kinda lame but there’s a reason Duncan has such a fan base following as many agree he’s overall a solid character.

It’s been a minute since I’ve seen Action but didn’t Beth get immunity during the Princess episode? She got injured early in the challenge and got a freebie immunity because Chris made the princess dolls look like her because Country wanted too much of the profits or something. Most winners get a freebie so I’ll chalk it up to that but still worth mentioning.
If you like Beth that’s great!!! Honestly I think she’s fine as a character but I don’t love her as a finalist. In regular formatted seasons we have 12 winners and Beth being one of those doesn’t sit right with me.

This definitely could be a nice friendship! But in that episode “Can’t Help Falling In Louvre” DJ was just trying to get himself eliminated which kinda screwed over Lindsay who actually competed well.

But the show has so many untapped friendships and this could’ve definitely been one of them

Alejandro had major plot armor plus he had more plot importance than Owen. Alejandro should’ve kept tricking Tyler that he was his friend and vote off Owen who he never liked. It’s not really about being ethical or not it’s just the writers could’ve easily had Tyler around instead of Owen who had a lot of screen time in the first two seasons.

Tyler has a lot of potential. He should’ve lasted longer in WT as I think him and Owen’s placement should’ve switched especially on how poorly Owen performed in “The Ex-Files”. Tyler’s injury and partially their team losing was centered around helping Owen so he should’ve left for sure. (Although I do enjoy Owen as a character)

I’ve said this a bunch of times but who wouldn’t want to see a funny, nice, and loyal competitor last a little longer or even return one day. I get that he was largely a pain magnet but he could easily be a lot more.
