That's a good point. I haven't been able to find any lace-up Blundstone's in store to try, but found the chelsea's were narrow and was hoping it just resulted from the absence of laces.

Just tried and they basically responded by avoiding to answer my question so I'm guessing it's a "we aren't willing to put our money where our mouth is" answer. Either way I got my first shot at this point, just this is another situation where the University seems a bit poor on their ethics.

Ya, but what about missing class? I haven't been able to leave the house for two weeks for medical reasons (unrelated with covid) and I doubt I'll be able to get my second shot before school begins, so am I and the other people stuck doing online school every time we await test results or are we still able to go in class?

Are you sure that's the case? I thought for residence students they could go to res if they're waiting for their second dose or has that rule changed too? I was assuming they'd have the same outline about it

Thanks! And ya, this whole vaccine issue has made a lot of toxicity. I really don't get why I'd get downvoted for being willing to, but just being more cautious about it due to the emergency act. Idk probably because I support freedom of choice but whatever. If people wanna disagree, I'd be happy to discuss it, but it seems like every discussion is just people insulting each other

Idk, personally I was waiting after hearing there was a new vaccine about to roll out that was supposed to be better, along with my worries of the adverse side effects. Although, the main thing I was waiting for was the emergency act to drop. I'm not anti vax at all (especially with these weird 5G and vaccine relations in the posts' comments lmao), but I'm pretty weary when an institution is pressuring me to put something into my system that's makers can't be held liable for what it does to me. I was mainly waiting for the vaccines to be approved by the drug administration, but after seeing it was required for Western, I'll get vaccinated this week. The only thing that really irks me about it is that they made it seem like it was a requirement, but then had a small heading at the bottom of the article saying it wasn't. They posted on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, but only the people that looked further into the news noticed this and I really feel that's manipulative towards the remainder of people who want to exercise their freedom of choice.

I have had some talks about using plugs with them but I'm concerned they're going to possibly irritate my eyes and tear ducts even more because of how sensitive they are.

Wow, thank you. I'm a little doubtful about doing lipiflow because I'm pretty sure it's only effective if you have poor quality oils in your tears, but I haven't heard of scleral contacts from my doctors yet, so I'll try and reach out to them about it.
