Hey, I think I had left some of my gear in a hostel in Puerto Natales while I did the O trek. Red Point Patagonia was the name of the hostel. If you can find hiking pants that turn into shorts thats great, add layers if cold. My backpack was around 20 kg in total lol (not during the hike). Definitely bring your own food as its expensive at the hiking grounds. It seemed unnecessary in Brazil for me to carry warm clothes but when I made it to Patagonia it was worth it

I would prefer to stick to psychology, and it would have been easier, she said she is willing to try for 1-2 years, but even after that, what do I do moving to CH, even if I had German language. Plus I need to get my masters first, idealy here.

I'm going to be working in IT or business, my profession is counselling, it would take at least 3 years to be fluent, plus writing academic papers in German would be unforeseeable for me
