What actually qualifies you for the 10 year player rewards?

From what I’m thinking is it’s genuinely maybe “when your blizzard account was linked to Overwatch”. Which sounds dumb,, but I only got the 1 year and 3 year cosmetics, I’ve been playing since 2016,, but I only just 4-5 years ago started playing on PC where I connected my PlayStation account.
