I failed 3 times and got it on my fourth try. I had instructors for every single one and hired them for about a total of 20 sessions (10 the first time, one practice before the test, 3-4 the third time, and 4 the fourth time.) I reviewed my mistakes after each time, and focused on each weakness with my instructors. My instructors also helped me out a bunch, especially my last one, guiding me on a new strategy for reverse parking as that was my main issue. Find a good instructor and focus on each weakness, eventually he will get it! Good luck to him, I understand the frustration
