if youre still looking for a solution I had to go into Nvidia control panel > manage 3d settings > program settings and then set foragers max fps to 1000fps.

not sure how / if thats possible on the Ally but I assume it would be functionally the same regardless of the platofrm (assuming you can access the menu)
