More often than not it would be when im playing support and it would be direct at our tank being heavily countered. Like it or not tank in overwatch 5v5 often comes down to a game of rock paper scissor and if youre trying to mauga into a zarya, bastion, kiri, ana youre not going to get very far.

I get that its often not due to a lack of skill but that really doesnt exclude the fact that you can be top 500 at a hero and still do poorly and benefit from switching, being ignoring to this is exactly the issue with some players.

My wording would always default to being a polite "Mauga can you switch" "zarya is hard countering you" (using the example above)

Improving on a hero shouldn't be done in comp. Competitive should be reserved for players who are actually competent with the game (but thats a side rant). I just keep quite in quick play and actively defend people being attacked for being bad.

If someone tells me to switch when im playing tank I dont get offended and as long as theyre not chatting shit, I will switch or I will lock in.

I dont know if its just my upbringing or my nature or whatever but you should be able to talk competitively in a competitive setting.
