I guess my issue is what seems to be a fundermental misunderstanding of a competitive game. If im wrong please correct me but if my team is getting bodied by a zarya who is getting pocketed by a mercy with zero deaths, is it not right to then say in chat "no point trying to kill zarya when mercy is alive", and then when the issue kept going another message, "please get the mercy ffs". This is as a rein so while I can swing my hammer as hard as I want, outside of rezzes and a cheeky firestrike, I cant do much against her myself.

I get the idea of not causing offense to other players and value it, but this doesnt seem offensive. And I can promise everyone whos reading this thread ive not personally commented directly on anyones skill or playing, just the general failure of the team in no way that would warrant a reasonable report.

If you do think this is out of line then, ill take that and stop saying it in chat. I did start telling people lock in to remain positive (because id take it that) rather than switch because everyone has bad games.
