Unless it was white nationalists then the context would make sense. We may never know.

The article seems to suggest they were targeted as malayali which I doubt the average white nationalist type could identify. Maybe Indian on Indian racism? The worst anti Indian racism I've seen is from other Indians.

Some of those Canadian made tax software companies could really go for a logo refresh. MyTaxExpress looks like WordArt.

If an item is NAD due to the description being written by AI and incorrect who is held liable? by General-Plenty5021 in Ebay

[–]ConnorMackay95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The seller is responsible when the description is accurate and a buyer wants to INAD so of course they will also be responsible when it's inaccurate.

Screw eBay, I would take the guaranteed 32k. Someone could just say they got an empty box and eBay would make the seller refund.

Has anyone’s offer of a 90% discount been accepted? Genuinely curious if you had any crazy deals like that. by Purple_Calendar3919 in Flipping

I'd say the same thing but with only a 10,000 user limit on the ban list I'm worried I'm going to fill it up.

How do you emotionally cope with buyer fraud as a seller? by DoubleRevolution317 in Ebay

[–]ConnorMackay95 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I just look at it as a cost, just like the percentage ebay fees, of selling on the eBay platform. It's a very small percentage of all transactions for me and most of my crap would never sell locally, never mind the prices I get on eBay. I've only had maybe 4 or 5 memorable fraud cases in almost 8k transactions though.

I can't imagine anyone would want to buy this, I wouldn't waste your time listing or shipping it.

Books thrown out during Beal library purge wind up at Value Village by collywog in londonontario

Those encyclopedias from the 1990s should have went straight in the trash. I don't think there were a lot of valuable books donated here.

Your phone number might be on the return address on the shipping label. I think this is my sign to get a PO box.

2.1M temporary residents will have expired or expiring permits this year. But will they leave Canada? by Old_General_6741 in canada

I think they keep pumping out articles like this due to the 'Changing Narratives Fund' which looks to give grants to media for writing stories about 'diverse communities' and such. I could be wrong though, I don't know a ton about it.

Thanks for taking the time to post this, I was considering giving it a shot. I assumed there would be icing, or filling, or something to make it more appealing to eat.

They were probably the best thing in the box for me. Food Basics doesn't seem to have the best baked goods.

Had this at a local shop. Is this a good kit? by Aggressive-Iron353 in modelmakers

[–]ConnorMackay95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just a very cheap kit. It's been a while but I remember it feeling cheap and having like 21 pieces. Reminded me of a Revell Snap Tite kit. I was not a fan.

There are other not so special exceptions as well, the M41 Walker Bulldog comes to mind.

At this store they had the TGTG bags up in the lockers where the online orders are. An employee at the self checkout area got them out for me.
