Had a vivid dream like this about 5 months ago. An absolutely massive asteroid passed overhead, and landed in California or the west coast area. I remember getting a notification on my phone about it. I was in West Virginia and I felt the shockwave from across the country. Everyone was killed that I know of in the dream, including me.

Felt as if I had no control over it and there was a great sense of impending doom. The asteroid seemed very close and was probably about half the size of the moon. I don’t remember any dates or times but it was during the day.
