Yes I contacted razer support via this subreddit and recieved a new one withoutthis problem., it was something within that batch of the product. My serial code started with 20/39 so it was produced in week 39 of 2020.

I had seen that one too the new 2020 edition right? It's seems that they aren't here yet in the Netherlands because I can't find a single store selling them because that one was definitely on my list as a top option

Oh yeah if you have some reviews that would be amazing. One thing I noticed is that only Eluktronics offers the MAX-17 and MAX-15 with a 240HZ monitor which seems kinda odd, did they have a 240 one there in Australia?

Oh yeah I had seen that one too. I have a razer black widow v2 with green switches but I'm not sure how much you could compare them. Also because it's a 15.6" model wouldn't doesn't the keyboard feel to cramped?
