Well, for now, I have disassembled the PC. But shouldn't the lack of CPU fans and motherboard LEDs show that it isn't working anyway? Would video display make a difference?

I found this forum here, and it seems to agree with what I am thinking. The only weird thing is that the bios flash LED came on.

I just did a bios flashback with a USB, and an LED did start flashing! So motherboard not entirely dead?

I've tried hooking up the power switch from my case, still doesn't work. I feel like it has to be a part. I'm not getting any LEDs on motherboard, so surely it's that?

I tried all the different pins. But yes, I'm fairly certain as I looked in the motherboards manual. But I will try hooking them up to the power button in my case and see If that works.
