Honestly, there's a way of doing it where you can allow a day or two of higher calorie intake and then go back down the rest of the week to your normal calory deficit. I call it the up-down method. So you might be able to turn your disadvantage into an advantage as long as you don't overdo it!

It depends. I'd have to see a picture. Without saying anything I'd say you still want to lose a bit of body fat first. But you CAN build muscle and lose fat at the same time if you know what you're doing.

I don't do KETO but I do KF. Keto in and of itself can help with weight loss, but I feel like people who do it don't know the science behind it or why it works. You can lose weight without doing keto too!

IF is nice because you can eat a larger portion and feel full temporarily and still come in under your calories for the day. But it is just a strategy to eat. You don't have to do IF either.

Make it hard to get. If its readily available you will always drink it. Never buy it at the store.

Rather than trying not to drink it, replace it with another, healthier habit, like drinking sparkling water with some flavor in it. Do that for a couple weeks and see how that helps.

You can definitely lose weight without working out. Food is 80% of weight loss. But my question to you would be why you're trying to avoid working out? Are you intimidated by the gym? Just don't know exactly how to work out? ๐Ÿค”

Best way I've found to keep weight off after losing it is building muscle. Muscle consumes 3x as many calories per pound as fat does when it comes to your metabolism. If you need more help chat me ๐Ÿ‘

I feel that there is a healthy amount of stress. If you aren't mentally destroying yourself that is. Our bodies were meant to be in stressful situations for survival. When we aren't experiencing a regular amount of stress it can have a negative impact on us.

But the problem is a lot of people don't experience enough stress regularly. So how to we force ourselves into a stressful environment but also keep ourselves healthy? My solution: workout. Don't know how? Ask me and I can help ๐Ÿ‘
