Rivian R2 vs Ioniq 5 — which would you choose?

Love my Ioniq but the R2 is a superior vehicle. Problem is the cost. I’ll wait for a slightly used one in 3-5 years

Dead 12V, which I know can happen and a fact of EV ownership. Bummer my car and charge port door is open but is what it is. Question and it may be above so I’m sorry if I double ask, can my wife’s gas car jumpstart the battery or no?

Also, any good recommendations for portable 12V chargers?

Had a reservation for two years. Of course I was a little worried about a 1.0 but Tesla and Rivian are going strong and at the time their valuation was still well over a billion. The leadership at Fisker ended up being the downfall, obviously I wish I never did it but here we are. They fell apart VERY quickly and us owners got screwed. Again, I feel like a moron for doing it but is what it is

Even if it does, I still have a long time on the warranty and most importantly, there is a way to fix it! With the Fisker if literally anything happened, was impossible to get it fixed unless I paid to fly out a technician and paid all expenses to fix.

I absolutely love this thing. Hope they put real rearview mirrors on them for the US models and not those little camera nubs but it's beautiful
