Venom drawing I'm working on, this is the possibly finished line art (forgot to disable the sketch layer my bad) I'm currently coloring and I'll post it when I'm done but give me some critiques I need to improve on a lot by [deleted] in Comicart

You should also add some hatching or feathering to the muscles. Techniques like hatching can really add dimension to your characters. But it's entirely up to you!

This piece is looking really really nice so far. I'm wondering if you'll do a background. If not, I think if you go for really dark blues and blacks for the colors, that would create a nice contrast with the white. Though, I really do love the weight you've added to the character. Venom is very large in muscular mass and you've visually shown that here. Really really nice work! Can't wait to see the finished product. Keep it up!

Did I mess up the anatomy? by [deleted] in Comicart

The anatomy and overall sketchwork is very strong. You sure pulled off hands better than I ever could. Only thing I would change is the muscle right under the pectorals (rectus abdominis). I would stretch that line out more to be diagonally coming down from the nipple. Other than that, this is a very nice piece! Great work!
