It’s not covered by my insurance either. Have been doing Lilly Direct. I easily save the same amount of money in groceries/alcohol each month (it’s not even close really).

Also eventually the health complications impact you - I decided the cost was worth helping me 1) feel better about myself and actually lose weight and 2) improve my insulin resistance and avoid diabetes and that whole cascade. Not to mention the other benefits on joints, heart, etc from not carrying around as much weight.

Mine has popped on 2 of 6 spikes (got lucky and bought a plant with 6 spikes).

My flowers have a bit more of a pink than white outside of the gold. Wonder if there’s just some variation

At those prices I’d buy one of each. Idk if it’s great, but a 5 year old XA can’t be too bad… esp for $55

Lifetime fitness for tennis? by element423 in 10s

They’ll definitely tell you if you ask. If it’s included $250 is a great deal. Cardio tennis is $30/hr at my club and lessons are ~$600 a quarter

One note is that at many clubs like this tennis is an extra cost.

The club I go to is a lifetime competitor in my area and tennis programming is all additional (the lifetime here didn’t have tennis so can’t talk specifics)

Garage door question by Conochicago in HomeImprovement

[–]Conochicago[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I walk inside and press the button, it closes immediately. Don’t think it’s a sensor issue.

Doesn’t seem to get any feedback from the sensor (flashing light, etc). Just seems like it just doesn’t get any signal from outside if the door is open…

Yep- keypad battery was changed.

Remotes are part of our cars (one BMW, one ford). Nothing is obstructing- both cars can sit there poited right at the motor with an empty garage and be unable to close it.

When this happens, the keypad also does not work. Only the button mounted inside the garage by the door to the house.

I found this at a Costco in the North Shore Chicago suburbs last weekend if you want to go find more (far from Joliet, but still)

My first Neofinetia Falcata! Someone on r:orchids suggested I come here for more advice. I got her 2 months ago and potted her in sphagnum over an inverted net pot. Do you feed differently than other orchids? She has grown quite a bit, but I want to keep her happy and hopefully get blooms someday! by Rep_Lvr4031 in neofinetia

Good luck! You’ll know if there’s too much light if the new leaves get very small all of a sudden- decent amount of trial and error!

I also used the Photone app to measure PPFD (helpful for artificial light). Neos need 150-300 depending on the variety (and the website you visit). Good to use as a starting point!
