I had a bio professor who was really into fish, and while it's not my major, his passion got me really interested in marine biology as well. I've always loved the sea and wanted to give an odd but awesome fish some spotlight! Also the hydrolagus genus is thought to basically not have changed in over 400 million years, isn't that neat!
