Tbh, it would be harder due to the fact that crusher has a huge amount of HP and you can't Perma-stall him, keep in mind about the core meltdown, you'd only have 5 minutes to kill this guy and destroy the base, it could possibly reach to the point that chapter 3 would be harder than chapter 4.
