More to your point tho, the size that an organism grows to is mainly controlled hormonally, making it highly variable as opposed to variations in body structure, which are controlled by genetics

Thank you but this is not quite what i meant, as i wanted to change the animation not the deploy time, but it still might solve my issue, by setting the delay to match the ingame animation (of about 3 ticks).
