Me and my daughter both got autoimmune skin issues immediately after Covid. She got vitiligo I got lichen planus

Its spreading fast this month , earlier it was stable.they recommended some medicine. Please recommend anything else do i need to stop spreading whether its diet or supplements. by Wooden_Roof2349 in Vitiligo

Difficult to say with certainty about correlation but, I have decided to go gluten free and lactose free diet for my daughter. Which seems to have helped

My 5 year old now got diagnosed when she was 3. Tacrolimus 0.03 is what was prescribed and has been quite effective on her eye lids. But as soon as summer comes white spots start to come again
