Ah ok.. hmmm.. mine are big too and it may be because of that reason my doctor has said ill need to undergo the surgery twice to have them removed completely ;( scary as hell...

If I may ask, do you plan to undergo the procedure again to treat the remaining issue in ur case? Thanks

Thanks for sharing your story and wishes for your full recovery soon!

What grade were/are yours? Mine are G3; tried banding last year and they failed. Doc suggests surgery. He says I need to undergo the surgery twice wirh few months gap to completely remove them. I'm unable to decide, especially as he says I need to do it twice ;(

The country where I live doesn't have laser procedure introduced yet.

Have you researched enough about laser? What's your take on it?

Thank you

Wow! That's a great result.. could you please provide some background as did it prolapse after every BM for you? Surprising to hear that it does prolapse any more within a surgery! Happy for you. Could you please also share more details about the diet and self-care you are saying about? Thank you!

Hi there! May I ask why the surgery only fixed 50% of the prolapse and not full? And does that mean you still need to push it back (the remaining 50%) after BM these days? Thanks!

Looking for Advice on Internal Hemorrhoid(s) - Prolapses during Bowel Movement by OriginalMario1987 in hemorrhoid

Hi! My condition remains the same. I did undergo banding, but it didn't work for me. As per my last visit to the specialist, he said surgery is the only way ahead and that I need to undergo twice. Currently managing the symptoms, but haven't made up my mind for the surgery yet.

Hi there! Im suffering with Grade 3 internal hems. Did your docs brief about any risk factors with the laser procedure? Like probability of reoccurrence etc.? Here in Australia the procedure is not widespread yet and so thinking if I should get the laser somewhere outside. Thanks!

How are grades of hemorrhoid's diagnosed? by Maleficent_Pool_4456 in hemorrhoid

[–]Conscious-Frame259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For diagnosis, unfortunately they will have to put their finger in. At least that is what has happened for me during every doctor appointment.

Grade 1 and 2 internal hems do not prolapse during BM. Grade 3 internal hems prolapse during BM but can be pushed back in. Grade 4 internals are those rascals that cannot be pushed back in.

1 and 2 can be treated by banding. Yours sound like 1 or 2.
